Volvo revealed its newest models to join the line-up as the all-new XC90 R-Design, S60 Cross Country and V60 Cross Country made their European debuts at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
The XC90 R-Design is set apart from its more toned-down stablemates by a unique grille and front fascia, “silk metal” window trim, matte-silver mirror caps and roof rails, R-Design exhaust tips, and standard 20-inch (or optional 22-inch) aluminum R-Design wheels.
The S60 Cross Country conveys an imposing, muscular presence that echoes its capable nature. Integrated tailpipes reflect its sporty dark side, while the roomy, leather interior, with ergonomic sport seats, speaks of pure luxury.
With an increased ride height of 65mm and AWD, a 2WD version should be available in the Ireland.
Any road is the right road with the V60 Cross Country. Its high ground clearance offers comfort and capability over the rougher surfaces, and the standard Haldex All-Wheel-Drive optimizes the allocation of power for superior traction in all weather conditions.
Irish sales will probably commence in July.
