Newmarket Motors in Co Cork has been appointed by Motor Distributors Ltd (MDL) to the Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles main dealer network.
Managed by dealer principal, Annette Browne, the prominent Newmarket-based dealership will now be home to the award-winning Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles range, including the Sprinter, Vito, and Citan panel vans.
Announcing the appointment, Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles sales manager, Fergus Conheady said: “Recognising the excellent reputation that Newmarket Motors has within its region and beyond, we are delighted to welcome them into our nationwide network of dealers and look forward to working closely with Annette and her team.”

Current holder of the prestigious Continental ‘Irish Van of the Year’ award, presented annually by the Irish Motoring Media Association (MMAI), the mid-sized Vito van, alongside its larger stablemate Sprinter and entry-level Citan – all of which are now available in fully-electric versions – will lead Newmarket Motors’ new product offering.
