In naming its retailer of the year, Cupra evaluates its entire network against a comprehensive set of performance benchmarks – encompassing sales achievement, customer experience, aftersales excellence, and brand representation – and recognises only those dealerships that demonstrate consistent and significant overperformance across each area.
