Irish pricing and specification has been confirmed for the Farizon SV from Farizon Auto, the commercial vehicle division of China’s Geely.
Priced here from €44,500 including taxes and applicable SEAI grant, the Farizon SV is the brand’s first product for Ireland, which is being distributed by the Frank Keane Group.
Established in 2016, Farizon Auto is backed by one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers in Geely, the company that already owns the likes of Volvo Cars and Lotus.
Built from the ground up as a pure electric van, the Farizon SV promises to meet the diverse needs of businesses and fleet operators across Ireland.
With a maximum payload of up to 1,350kg and cargo capacity of up to 13m3, the Farizon SV comes with a low 550 mm loading height, optional 270-degree rear doors and a real-time payload monitoring system.
Every Farizon SV comes with a five-year / 200,000 km vehicle warranty and an eight-year / 200,000 km battery warranty.
Available with a choice of 67kWh, 83kWh, or 106kWh batteries, the Farizon SV has a claimed WLTP range of up to 397km (combined) or 551km (city) and can be fast-charged from 20 to 80 per cent in just 36 minutes. It is powered by a 170 kW (231 PS) electric motor producing 336 Nm of torque.
Farizon Ireland will offer the SV in three size variants to suit a range of commercial needs: L1H1, L2H2, and L3H3.
Priced from €44,500 and €47,000, the L1H1 model (4,990 mm length, 1,980 mm height) offers 6.95m3 of load volume and is available with 67kWh or 83kWh battery options.
Priced from €48,750, the L2H2 model (5,490 mm length, 2,180 mm height) provides 9.39m3 of capacity with a 83kWh battery.
The largest L3H3 version (5,995 mm length, 2,500 mm height) is priced from €55,000 and delivers up to 13m3 of cargo space with a 106kWh battery.
Inside, the Farizon SV features a 12.3-inch floating touchscreen, seven-inch digital instrument cluster, and heated, ventilated driver’s seat. Smart features such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Intelligent Cruise Control, and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability are included as standard.
The SV also features a comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems as standard, including Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), 360-degree Around View Monitor (AVM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Lane Keep Assist (LKA) and Driver Monitoring System (DMS).
