Lexus Galway is the first retailer in Ireland to achieve the five-star level in both sales and aftersales customer experience which is measured across a wide range of criteria.

In addition, it recognises Lexus Galway’s focus on delivering great customer experiences based on the ancient Japanese concept of ‘Omotenashi’, whereby everyone is treated as a guest in Lexus’ home.

Last year, Lexus Galway was also the first ever Irish winner of the European Kiwami Award in honour of Lexus’ finest European retailers.

Commenting on the award, Enda Brennan, Lexus Galway sales manager, said: “We are delighted to win the Lexus Retailer of the Year award 2025, our second consecutive year achieving this accolade.

“This award recognises our excellent customer service in both sales and aftersales and our record sales and premium car market share in Galway in 2025.

“It is a testament to our entire Lexus Galway team’s dedication and commitment to delivering unique ‘Omotenashi’ hospitality to all our Lexus customers.”
