Opel’s Adam has been awarded the ‘red dot design award’ due to its unconventional design and groundbreaking technology.
The Adam managed to surpass its tough rivals and win the ‘product design 2013’ award offered in the “Automotive and Transport” category. The stylish Adam already has 30,000 orders and experts believe that customers are attracted by the model’s “aesthetic shapes and sustainable trends”.
The new Adam is Opel’s fourth model to receive the ‘red dot design award’ since 2009, after the mid-size Insignia, the Astra Sports Tourer and the compact Astra GTC coupe. This is the absolute proof that the Adam’s German precision and unique design, introduced with the Insignia, is still well received by customers as well as experts.
