Gardai in Malahide are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the Dublin Road, Malahide on Wednesday at approximately 2pm.
A male in his 80’s was fatally injured when the car he was driving was involved in a collision with a second car. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second car, a male in his 50′, was taken to Beaumont Hospital with injuries described as minor.
