GWM Ora Funky Cat gets price drop

As part of its 241-registration plate campaign, GWM (Great Wall Motors) Ora has cut the price of its fully-electric Funky Cat.

Once starting at €33,495, the Ora Funky Cat is now available in Ireland from €29,995 – after subsidies and grants in both cases.

Customers can also avail of an Ora Funky Cat from €199 per month on PCP/HP, subject to terms and conditions.

The Ora Funky Cat was officially launched in Ireland earlier this year, with its retro / futuristic styling turning heads. It boasts voice recognition, wireless phone charging, Android Auto, Apple Carplay and sat nav as standard.

Commenting on the announcement, Pat Ryan, managing director of GWM Ora in Ireland said: “We are immensely proud to have launched the Ora brand into Ireland. The Funky Cat is a superb car offering heaps of technology and safety features – being voted the Euro NCAP Best in Class Small Family Car.

“We are delighted to announce a very competitive price reduction and very attractive finance rate for the 241-period. We look forward to welcoming customers into our showrooms over the coming months.”
