Mercedes-Benz has given an European debut to the shooting brake version of the CLA at the Geneva Motor Show this week.
Breathtakingly sporty proportions and a powerfully dynamic design idiom with sensuously shaped surfaces already made the CLA unmistakable in its four-door Coupé guise. It is now followed by a further design icon, the CLA Shooting Brake, with a unique look all of its own.
There is also an AMG CLA 45 Shooting Brake on the stand. It takes the huge performance of the saloon and adds space for the dogs – although they may get thrown around quite violently if you drive it to its limits.
The new G500 4×4² is impressive. It’s an extreme rugged version of the G-Class, based on the running gear of the massive G63 AMG 6×6.
Then there is the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman. It is a 6.5m stretched Mercedes-Maybach 600 that sits at the very top of the Mercedes-Benz family tree. Features every gadget known to mankind in the rear compartment.
Last but not least, there’ s the Mercedes-AMG GT3 – a stunning racing version of the new Mercedes-AMG GT road car, expected to preview the look of a future faster road version of the GT.
