Main Ford Dealer, Smith’s of Drogheda, has scooped the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) Director’s Challenge Cup in recognition of their great result in aftersales business during 2014. The FCSD Director’s Challenge Cup is awarded annually to the Ford Dealer who achieves the best performance in relation to the aftersales business segment.
David Pimlott, Ford’s Director of Customer Service said: “Hearty congratulations to Nicky Smith and his team on winning the FCSD Director’s Challenge Cup. Aftersales is such a crucial part of our business and the Smith’s of Drogheda team know this very well. Very often, a customer’s experience of aftersales can be the determining factor as to whether or not they will be a repeat customer for a new car”.
