Lexus Galway becomes first Irish retailer to win Lexus Europe Kiwami Award

Lexus Galway has claimed the honour of the becoming the first Irish retailer to win the Lexus Europe Kiwami Award, which recognises excellence in business and customer service.

Since their introduction in 2016, the Kiwami (outstanding excellence) Awards have highlighted the dedication and innovation of the Lexus dealer network across Europe.

Lexus said each winner embodies its philosophy of “making luxury personal”, with retailer staff demonstrating “exceptional attention to detail – not only in how they prepare for every customer interaction, but in every aspect of their day-to-day operations”.

This year, just 19 out of an eligible 340 European dealers were recognised by Lexus as top-performing retailers, with Lexus Galway representing Ireland for the first time.
